Suitable Strings have been established as a business
delivering a high quality service providing live string
music for Weddings, Dinners ,Promotions, and other Functions since 1998.The business is founded on more than 30 years’ experience of providing live string performance.Our main aim is to ensure quality of performance and to this end we employ the services of college - and university graduate musicians many of whom are freelance musicians with experience in chamber music, theatre-, and orchestral performance.

A further aim of Suitable Strings is to provide a wide range of music styles in our repertoire thus catering for all music tastes.Our ever expanding repertoire includes Classical, Film and T.V., Ragtime, Light Music, Operatic, Popular, Celebration Music, Hymns,etc.

Bookings are invited from individuals or organisations and we will ensure a professional service at reasonable cost.

Prices are very reasonable as our terms are calculated on an individual basis based upon location and other factors.

We are providers of live string music to many of the predominant Agencies in central Scotland and further afield.We also have television and radio appearances.
